Pretty sure Ehp is basically your HP that factors in your other stats, (Dodge and Def)?

Ehp evaluates about how much damage it would actually take to kill you assuming you don't regenerate. Without agility means it doesn't factor in your dodge chance, total means it factors in everything. Effective health also includes stuff like base class defense (so, assuming weapons don't affect anything, a warrior will have a higher effective health than a shaman using the same build and skill points). It can also include abilities, like Mask of the Fanatic or Mantle of the Bovemist.

A 'good' ehp doesn't really exist early-mid game, but it's probably too low if you keep dying (unless you know it is actually because of skill). In late-game builds, you want at least 20k for most challenges. (Though, like I said, it really depends)

Also, ehp is ignored by what's called 'True Damage', which passes through everything. No reductions, no dodging, no nothing. Currently, I believe it is only used during a specific portion of The Nameless's bossfight.

I believe the Eye’s wretched atrack and panick zealot are also types of true damage, but these are a precent of your current health instead of your max
