Warrior/Knight Help Need a Build for Battle Monk

Ok, before people ask, yes. I did look through a mythic build list to try to find one, so here are the things I would like to have in this, and I am not the greatest at making build for endgame, especially for endgame.

Here is what I ask that is the MOST important: No crafted, Mythics Allowed, the ability to be balanced offensively and defensively, and the most important one, MAINLY Battle Monk. If anyone can help me out here, it would greatly be appreciated!

I believe this build was first posted by xihuanchirenrou. I've been using it for a while, its pretty good. You can use ROTS with it for quick heals if you need them. It does plenty of damage, and the incredible life sustain and mobility makes it great defensively as well. You can also edit the tree a bit to grab mantle if you want more tankiness.
