    hey, I was here for the live on ytb and I wrote the command in the chat but I don't have the new pet in my cosmetics.

    Definitely. I didn’t get mine either despite typing the command during the premiere, I emailed them about it, got the pet the next day.

    Through any form of emailing. I've contacted them on Gmail in the past but I'm pretty sure any form of email will work.
