Shaman/Skyseer Lvl 103 Endgame shaman build

Hi everyone. I haven't played wynn in like 3 years and I never properly made a build for my shaman. I'm looking for a self sufficient build that is worth less than 1stx (I have 1.5 stacks to my name)

The ability tree is completely new to me so I don't have a preference towards any specialization. I already own these reliks: lumina, arbalest, inferna flamewreath, shellcarve
