I recently found this third person mod which changes the perspective of the player while in third person, the camera can go really high or low, the thing I am worried about is the crosshair not lining-up when in third person.

To explain further, when I go into third person the crosshair goes a little bit to the right or left depending over which shoulder the camera is hanging. When I 'attack' with a sword, my head quickly moves left or right a bit to ajust the player head so it can legally hit the target.

Is this a bannable feature or can I use this mod to play on the server.

It may be fine as long as it's not letting you see some illegal stuffs through wall (which is less likely to exist maybe)

I think it should be fine, I've seen other people use 3rd person view mods before. The only problem could be if the camera lets you see through blocks and stuff, but even then I'm not sure and don't think that's the case
