How to get rid of quest text quest after completing it

    Minecraft:
    I got the creeper powder for Thomas and gave it to him right before the server reset. I obtained the rewards right after I came back, but the text is still telling me to give Thomas a creeper powder despite the quest being completed. I've been playing in various hubs and completed various quests, but the bug still hasn't disappeared. Any suggestions on how to potentially fix the problem?
