Is anyone else disputing the total reduction of castable abilities?

I realized that I can only play 2 skills every 2 seconds.
If I do more I have to spend more and more mana.
This is included for all classes in the game.

Why this change?

 

I've also experienced it, but only when there was a ton of server lag.
Would suddenly increase costs of spells

 

here it doesn't happen due to server delay. happens with something fixed.
whether delayed or not, the breast increases.

 

you mean how casting the same spell multiple times leads to an increase in the cost?

 

if you use the same spell over and over it will increase in mana cost by 5 after the first two casts.
this does reset if you either don't cast spells for a moment or by casting a different spell (which still has the higher cost applied).
