in my experience bug is usually resolved in 2-3 business days. if bug is not resolved can contact salted on discord or use the email listed on store.wynncraft.com.

It depends on the bug in question. For issues with a purchase from the store, I believe those are pretty quickly resolved. I've personally never had an issue with that so I can't say for certain. On the other hand, map issues and other in-game fixes tend to take a while since they don't push patches out super often, although they've gotten better about that in recent years.
