Assassin/Ninja LF a sufficient lvl 45+ build and/or recommendations

Basically, I do have a subpar build at the moment since some of my kit is "outdated" (basically low-level) and I'm just wanting to progress through. Any recommendations?

Edit: I have progressed to level 67 as of writing (nearly 69 aka the nice level) and thus this thread can be locked (and loaded)
