Mage/Dark Wizard Help LF Lvl 105 general use mage build

I'm returning after a while, and I want to update my mage build for general use and lootruns
No Mythic/LI/tomes and preferably no high level dungeon stuff (a substitute for them until I get them is fine)
I have 50LE in my bank if it's relevant
No clue what archetype is the best but I like to spam meteor
