What's the point of collecting rewards greater than 36 if the chest doesn't fit anymore?

 

And what an ultimate sacrifice, it took away all my boons for the 45th challenge

 

The game basically rolls all your end reward pulls and then the end chest contains the 36 "most valuable" pulls at the end. I think the ranking is something like:

1. Shiny Mythic
2. Mythic
3. LE
4. LR Exclusive Fableds
5. LR Exclusive Legendaries
6. Normal Fableds
7. Normal Legendaries
8. Runes
9. Forgery Keys
   
10. Emerald Blocks
11. Rares
12. Uniques

Ultimate Sacrifice is meant to be a high risk high reward mission, as 2 rerolls and 1 sacrifice are EXTREMELY powerful for manipulating your rewards, but they come at the cost of:

• You need to play fast / have decent damage output
• No red/green beacons unless you have enough boons to be willing to lose some (doesn't happen often unless you're using Equilibrium)
• Heavily punishing sloppy play and having lots of anti-synergy.

Personally I love ultisac but it's not for everyone.

No. LB + LQ only affect rewards during the lootrun.

 

the final chest isn't affected by loot bonus and loot quality, but is instead affected by pulls and rerolls.


Pulls increase the amount of items in the final chest, and if the chest is already full, the game checks if the additional generated items are better than the already present items, and if they are, they will replace the worse, already present items.

Rerolls allow you to choose to force the game to redo the previous process, for potentially better rewards. This is used often by people lootrunning for purely mythics.

Sacrifices allow you remove a portion of your end pulls, and add them to your next lootrun. This is also used by people lootrunning for purely mythics, since it allows for more chances for the final chest to generate a mythic in the next run.

 

Tell me, what should I do if I fall into the void during lootrun on the sky islands, because the emptiness does not kill and I go outside the lutrun zone in this case

Yeah /kill works, you don't even lose any challenges if you're choosing a beacon.
