Softlocked Please help I dont know what I can do.

I have been leveling my mage recently I went to go unlock rodo lr I have finished cryovern covert and the shadow alter multiple times I have not been able to get the xp chest at the end and cannot get completion to count at all it says 0% lq 100% progression I do not have a single idea what Is left I have done all of the chests in the wiki as well theres nothing I can do

 

uhm, if it says 100% progression ur good. you dont need the xp chest at the end to complete xd

The weird looking exp chest after unlocking all the other chests?
I did a lootrun yesterday and just got that chest in the middle of a run .-.

Yesterday I was trying to beat Gorgon Gorge for the first time, opened all of the chests except the xp one, tp'ed to Lutho thinking I was done, then checked my content book and it wasn't completed.
I go back, open the xp chest, and it immediately switches to completed

 

i thought it wasn't necessary, i've missed a bunch of them while doing caves for lr's
