I dont wanna get rid of the Abysso Galoshes ;-;

So I'm trying to do the Lost Soles quest and the Abysso Galoshes are my best pair of boots and I don't wanna lose them. I would just skip the quest but I also need the xp :C.

Please help me ;-;

 

You get Sodeta Boots once you complete :c

 

Do the quest then use /fixquests, if you have enough space in your inventory you’ll get the boots back
Unless they changed it since I did that exact thing

 

If you can bear to lose them just for the quest, after the quest you can go to Pirate Cove and buy an (expensive) pair of boots known as the Cursed Jackboots, which functions as Abyssal Galoshes w/ near max rolls.

 

Yah I learned that after completing 5 more quests lol

Probably because it could be abused to get money or is an unintended way for you to get an item you shouldn't have anymore at that point.

 

It probably isnt bannable because Abysso Galoshes cant be sold at all, and theoretically, you could just make and level a character to get them specifically, put them in bank and delete the character.

I meant to say something along the lines of selling it to a blacksmith. I'm not a mod tho so I could be wrong on this as sometimes blacksmith sell prices are usually negligible.

 

you cant sell it to blacksmith because its a quest item! Thats the whole point!

 

Oh nvm I was deeply mistaken then. Uh... yea in that case then ig it shouldn't? I'd just recommend OP asks a mod for clarification.

 

i accidentally sold holy greaves to the blacksmith in levigar because i forgot the identifier is in some obscure location
- 4le, and maybe even more for a good roll

 

There used to be a rule about "not abusing /fixquests" but I dont see it anymore. Maybe they removed it?
