Starting from your Laptop to your client setting through your Minecraft video settings.
Loon online on Youtube an efficient way to regulate and increase/fix FPS.
Before so, check if you have Lazy Chunk Loading enabled and how much ram you consume for each game session based on how much ram you currently owe.
Follow this table for initial help:
How much ram should I allocate:
    • Allocate 1.0GB if you have 4.0GB installed
    • Allocate 2.0GB if you have 6.0GB installed
    • Allocate 3.0GB if you have 8.0GB installed
    • Allocate 4.0GB if you have >8.0GB installed

You can use OptiFine for older versions or Sodium for 1.21, but your hardware is probably outdated
