Archer/Hunter sharpshooter vs boltslinger for divzer

Been seeing some info saying that boltslinger is better, or that sharpshooter is better, but which one actually is?

 

pretty similar, although bolt probably gives more leeway for missing ur shots (because if you miss with decimator rip damage)

 

Yea I was wondering about that, because when I put it into wynnbuilder I saw that sharp can do more damage with ALL buffs, (Coursing, focus, and phatom ray thingy), but if you miss a shot then your damage disappears, but bolt does slightly less damage but more consistent. So idkk what to do,
