Can't unlock Canyon Colossus

I completed the Breaking Point quest and received the Dogun's Crystal when the quest came out a while back. Although, there is no place to put the crystal to unlock the raid. I clicked everywhere possible to see if it was invisible and nothing is happening. I logged out and logged back in, changed servers, went on a second class, and tried different versions of Minecraft but still nothing. I have done this all a few dozen times on many different days.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

 

dogun crystal makes the door open once you get near it
but if you got what happened to me and it didnt open
uhhh...do it on another class because the item bugged
probably just a pre 2.0 thing i dunno
although i'd probably try to get both crystals (because i see you've completed the quest twice) and see if the colossus opens
