Equilibrium is really hard to get

is it only me but is equilibrium really rare. the one time i did get it i went onto get max challenges but im about 110 mission in looking for it and cant find anything. so tell me am i just really unlucky or is there something i can do to boost odds of getting it.

 

Yeah the only part about lootrunning still that I don’t like is that really the only difference between a god run and a mediocre run is getting good missions like equilibrium, but it’s completely rng
