stratosphere gives better everything except ws
and realistically you can get lots of ws from boons
and it's not like acro has bad mobility
but otherwise yea it works

it would be good if spell shadestepper existed
as it is, melee shade is just better (especially since satsujin buffs powder specials)
seriously though you should try grim cherry bombs it's really quite strong

 

For spell shade, which might as well not exist tbh, damage is stupid low. You also don't need to build so much mr for shade, ms is better because you also build up wind prison.

prowess <-> euouae
intensity, ingress <-> summa, summa (i prefer dual summa for mr and -hpr)
works great for budget tna dps, can hit >1m dps with rage
bomb-bomb-dash or bomb-bomb-bomb-dash
(after testing you can also use eleventh hour + prowess, -5sp so needs tomes. slightly better due to ssac)

dont even need sigil of terror
you just lose hp slowly
trickpockets, revenant, renda, and grimtrap are the most pricey parts of this build
cumulo and phanta are okay
