unable to join wynncraft on wynntils

version: 1.20.2, wynntils version 1.1.6
i downloaded wynntils yesterday, was able to join just fine, loved it.
tried joining using it again today, exact same as yesterday, got confronted by this error.
i've tried:
- restarting the game multiple times
- joining in slightly different ways
- using wynntils 1.1.5 instead of 1.1.6
tried joining w/out wynntils amidst join attempts, and i joined with no problems or delays

got this error each time i tried to join:

"failed to connect to server, failed to log in: the authentication servers are not currently reachable. please try again"

 

I'm not sure if it will help, however I use 1.12.2 when playing Wynncraft and it works fine. It may be bug but I'd give wynntills a shot on 1.12.2 (Version and Wynntills version)

Probably changed then I don't use wynntills anymore
