Shaman/Skyseer Lvl 94 Shaman

Looking for a level 94 build for Poison Shaman. I also don't have the budget for Mythics so I hope poison shaman doesn't need mythics

spells are FAR stronger.
besides, poison is weak unless you have necrosis (level 98), galleon (mythic boots), and toxoplasmosis (96, mythic relik)

i do not advise using Necrosis and its 120 dex req
Uranium Aegis can be replaced when you can use Cytotoxic Striders

 

yes xellulor's is better (and still only does 12k dps)
i just slapped random poison items in it
