With today's patch, Apocalypse has been reworked! As the melee? Nah, now it's Spell Weapon!
But wait, this weapon is yet fat.. super slow, fire, and midgame weapon.. How can this weapon possibly compete in current spell spam meta?

For that.. it received new Major ID : HELLFIRE





An ability that is related to Boiling Blood. How does it make you powerful?

Normally, upon using Bash, Boiling Blood makes single red circle which damages mobs inside it..



However, with this Hellfire, you're able to spawn those on each bash hits, and it STACKS!


With various abilities that can boost your bash spam(such as Discombobulate or Thunderclap), this will let you make very high damage output!


This is with 0% corruption and EWF build, and not burst dps.
Could you imagine how high it can go with higher corruption and optimal damage build?
I'll leave the discovery to you since I'm not fan of dps meta.. tho I've seen someone with 800k dps with full corruption

already got nerfed (notice it only doing fire damage) but still 100k+ dps
on the other hand immolation now sucks

Just play it like other classes without heal idk
at least 150 def/agi will let you have their ehp

Pretty sure the blood pools don't spawn on each hit of bash, but spawns one per cast of the bash spell
Unless it does, I don't have an apoc and I'm going off of what I've heard

i think thats only normal boiling blood, pretty sure the hellfire major id is casting one circle per hit of bash because it says
"boiling blood always activates..." compared to its regular description of "Bash leaves a trail of boiling blood behind its first explosion..."

 

That's an actual tactic of game developers to introduce something OP so that a lot of people will use it and get excited and then nerf it.
