Shaman/Skyseer Help Only Merchant Challenge Lvl 15-105

I’m doing a challenge (on Ultimate Ironman and Hardcore as well) where I can only get items from merchants. My first class being Mage, i’ve always wondered what shaman gameplay is like, and so I have chosen Shaman.

Could someone give me some tips on what merchants have decent gear to sell and maybe builds i could use?
Looking for gear for essentially the entire game.

 

Early game, theres a armor merchant in detlas that sells good armor. The relic you get from UC is good as well

 

Interesting challenge. You will have to run dungeons a lot to get the items from the dungeon merchants as those items are going to better than any other merchant available. This challenge basically boils down to dungeon merchant only items without the items from the loot rain.

I don't have any suggestions on specific items, just good luck to you.
