What class should I recommend for a new player and which archetype?

So, what is the best for a new player of wynn?

 

Either Archer, Warrior, or Mage.

 

WHATEVER ONE YOU WANT. Try whatever interests you the most at first. You can always start a new character

 

iirc shaman and warrior are the strongest in endgame right now, but pick what you like

 

Assassin is really fun
Warrior is really strong endgame
Mage pretty easy depending on how you play
Archer goes pew

Shaman kidna glassy for a first play through thou?

 

makes up for it with heals, amazing crowd control, good ehp with ritualist, ranged attacks, VERY safe playstyle in throwing a totem at enemies and just using Aura from out of their aggro range

I feel like the mixed responses above should give you a good idea that there isn't a "best" class.

Just pick whatever you find interesting.
