Linking my forum account

Hello, I have tried to link my forum account to my in-game account, yet it says I am already linked to a different account, and even if that is so, my name isn't white, and I don't know what account it's linked to. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, that would be greatly appreciated.

There's a thread a year ago stating that it takes time for the stats to update.

A: If you haven't linked your in-game account to forums, do so by using the /forums command while in-game. This will link your IGN to the forums, and your rank will be updated shortly after. If it hasn't been updated after a while, you can force it to update by clicking Rank Sync at the bottom of your Account Details page. If that doesn't work either, contact the Moderator Team. If you are missing your rank on Discord, make sure you have linked your in-game account to forums, and your linked forums account to Discord, by following the instructions on this thread (How to Use Discord). If your rank does not appear after that, try re-linking your external account to see if it fixes the issue or pressing the Rank Sync button in your Account Details page. If your rank still does not appear after that, DM a Moderator to help you out with your ranks, but only if you already have tried everything. If you didn't receive your in-game rank at all, contact the Support Team instead.
