Powders for Early Sets

I recently obtained the Relic Set and since I can use it on multiple characters as they level through the 40s-50s I was wondering what powders I should use on them. Should I use the ones to give them the combos, or just elemental resistances, or just not bother? Also same for the Elf Set. does putting 4 of the same T5 or T6 powder increase the special ability? is there a point in putting 4 powders on each of the elf set pieces?

 

I wouldn't powder armor you don't plan on using in the endgame, unless you just have more powders than you know what to do with.

 

powders are really strong on weapons in earlygame
but are only really good on armors later on due to the powder specials
