    Fallen does not synergize with life steal because fallen cannot gain any health while corrupted, which is kinda the whole point of playing fallen.

    fallen builds are usually dps oriented, staying at basically 1 hp in order to melt everything in a fraction of a second
    if you want survivability but want to deal some damage go paladin-monk
