How Can I Get Another Mechanical Reactor For The 'iron Heart Part Ii" Quest

I losy myt mechanical reactor and I( cant get it bhack.I tried fising it by talking to duvale agoin but it wont work.He is not giving it back to me.Can some one help me

my bad its actually not duvale its detective hart and daxe.Ill tell you what both say.Hart:Have you found any leads since I sent you to my contact, Daxe.
Daxe:Duvale mentioned rumors about an illegal factory in the swamp... If Daxe's criminal past had to do- with this, maybe the [Mechanical Reactor] will cause him to react. Duvale mentioned he had spares, should they be needed.
btw duvales story is in iron heart par 1, not 2
