Tower of Ascension begin the second floor

I started doing the 1st floor at lvl 40-45. Everything was going well, I reached the top floor, I killed the boss, I picked up the thing he dropped. I left the floor and wanted to talk to Ankou, but I can't. The top floor doesn't count as having passed it. I looked on the Internet that I need to talk to the floor master, but no matter who I talk to, he always says "you may proceed" and that's all he says. Am I doing something wrong? Please help

do the last floor to proceed to the next. Good luck with the last floor.

 

Basically to sum it up, you need to complete ALL 7 floors to be able to talk to Ankou, and to complete the quest in its entirety. It takes a while since it's recommended you be a higher level than the floor you're doing if that makes sense. (ex. floor 1 level 40-45, you wanna be level 50+) just in my opinion :)
