Guide Results from feeding 1,000 Larbonic Shells to the Cancereater

Intro: Now that I have my mining level at 120 and have the max gathering speed for Larbonic geodes, I have been optimizing my gathering route and collecting a lot of Foul Larbonic Shells. I decided it would be an interesting experiment to feed 1,000 Larbonic Shells to the Cancereater to get more accurate odds for refining the various ingredients, as the current wiki page only used a sample of 200.

Larbonic Sheddings: 113 (11.3%) -> (9.34% - 13.26%) -> (12%)

Giant Teratoma: 83 (8.3%) -> (6.59% - 10.01%) -> (8%)

Pluripotent Tissue: 60 (6%) -> (4.53% - 7.47%) -> (6%)

Depurinated Genome: 11 (1.1%) -> (0.45% - 1.75%) -> (1%)

Rejected Geode: 9 (0.9%) -> (0.315% - 1.485%) -> (1%)

ouugghh im so full from eating all those foul larbonic shells

 

Create a 95% confidence interval for each ingredient to see if all your purple numbers make sense. Combine your data with the wiki's and you will get a slightly smaller confidence interval to better refine your data. I'm too lazy to do it right now sorry.
