    Hello , I have a problem with the store I asked for free chicken but never received it even though I put in the right nickname and was connected to the server . what to do ? help me !

    Pets appear in /use -> pets menu (as opposed to the inventory) but if you already knew this/the pet is not in the pet menu, double check that you didn’t put in the wrong ign (if the store doesn’t let you claim the chicken under the right ign, then you didn’t mis-spell it).
    If it simply just doesn’t work then email [email protected], let them know about the issue and include your ign.
