Which are the quests to look out for, that have dangerous bosses?
I myself can mostly think of Temple of the Legends and Reincarnation, please let me know of any other ones.
Feel free to leave useful tips for hardcore :)

ToA's Death isn't hard per se but Chained Beast has a deadly heavy charge that could kill you easily
    Qira Hive, for obvious reasons
Nest of the Grootslangs' survive section can be tough with low mobility due to high damaging attacks
RoL 3's Warden of Wisdom is fairly difficult
The Canary Calls should be avoided in hardcore for multiple reasons
Beyond the Grave's Krolton shouldn't pose a threat, but, like... who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
AHC has multiple somewhat challenging bosses and sections.

Honestly, the quests I'd be most worried about are the travel heavy ones. Bugs and carelessness are a thousand times deadlier than any boss.
