Spoiler: Point calculation method

Every judge has 4 votes for a "best fitting" submission for the "Blizzard/Winter" theme. Each vote is worth 2 points.
Every judge has 2 votes for their personal preference, that is, their favorite image. Each vote is worth 1 point.
Every judge has to rank the submissions from 1 to 11 (11 submissions), if the rank of a given submission is X, then it will receive (11 - X) * 0.5 points (#1 gets 5 points, #11 gets 0 points)

In other words, the maximum score a submission can get from the judge is 8.5 points, and the minimum is 0.5 points.
Vote for each section is distinct, that is, 4 votes must be given across 4 different submissions.
