whats up with the gathering rod T8 durability at GG?

Was just at redbeard raid n found out the durability was 119/120 is this a description bug or do u actually get a 119/120 durability gathering rod t8 at this shop

 

i think this is for every gathering tool?

No, some have full durability the ones from Ice Barrows and Corrupted Lost Sanctuary have full durability. I just bought one from dungeon merchant at CLS and it was full durability. I believe Devs maybe slipped up or did it as a joke. I was also confused by that. If all tools had a single durability missing I doubt you would have posted this because it would have seemed normal. The human brain tends to register something and then ask a question when something is surprising or out of place. I also picked up on that about a week ago due to its abnormality. Though I don't remember if all the tools were like that. This is my analysis on that.
