    If I sent an application and was told it looked "promising", how would I get in touch with the person who reviewed my application? I want to know what theyre looking for.
    I've sent two applications with a difference of around 3 years. My first application was "promising" and now my second application, with a lot more experience and better quality of content, is still "promising". What more do they want?
