A couple of stuff about the Blizzard

So, I happen to have just a few questions / things to notice about the Festival of the Blizzard. Starting with the two most straightforward:

1) am I the only one who isn't able to speak to Ope in Detlas?

2) does anybody know where Nohno is in Detlas? (well not even the wiki has an answer to this but still)

The other stuff is more "deep" and lore-related, I believe.

3) I hope I'm not the only one who can't see him, but Dr. Picard seems to have disappeared from his spot at the Detlas Airbase. I think it has something to do with his works and the gift he will eventually give us. Given the implications between Picard and Fruma, I believe (and hope) that whatever he's gonna give us is gonna reconnect to the Fruma lore somehow.

4) I noticed a weird door-like thing with a hole that looks like it could fit some kind of key in the south-east corner of Detlas (see screenshot). My guess is that this is either gonna be related to the Picard thing I mentioned before or to the Traveller's memories, or maybe to both. Or maybe the door was there since before, and I just noticed it now, lemme know what you think.

There is a key of sorts for the door, but it won't be what you expect

 

yeah i can't talk to ope either, and nohno also seems bugged, he just gives his usual dialogue even though i have the invitation active

 

Yeah Nohno is bugged for me as well, he should be in front of the bank but he's not there. I've already submitted a bug report

 

If I can get just another hint, is it something available straight away or I must wait till the end of the festival?

Anyone else had issues claiming the gift from Asher? I select the purple dialogue option either with the num key or by clicking it and it just gives me his dialogue talking about the cool item he found, but nothing ever happens with a gift of any sort

 

Olon was also bugged when he was in detlas, and talking to chef hamsey brings up the dialogue options for drucksh
