Remove Quest items

I want to start a new character but without any of my progress on my former character cause I want to experience the server like in my first days. But this means that I also want to clean the complete Chest from Items I don't need anymore. How can I remove Quest items? Is there a way to clean the chest completly? I know that there is a chracterchest and one for all characters but I don't have enough space in the character chest.

you could make another new character and toss all of the items you dont want on it, then delete the new character with all the quest items on them.

boom.no more trash items :)
