So today I finally finished all the SE caves and wanted to try out this "Lootrun Camp" to earn emeralds, and then...

Well I guess it's fair, having players to travel by using their movement spells well seems better than having everyone zoom on max lv white horses. (let's not talk about natural difference in mobility between classes and builds first)
The problem is, I am using a galloping spurs build, and this is not the only content that bans horses.

From what I know(I am not sure about the list since I haven't attented all of these content and try to use a horse inside), other than lootrun camps, 4 dungeons(Sand-swept tomb(?), Ice barrows(?), corrupted Sand-swept tomb, corrupted Ice barrows) and all raids bans horses.
I understand that it is for balancing and other reasons, horses provide knockback/pull/push immunity and high mobility simutaneously. But it is very annoying for galloping spur builds to be excluded from the above contents. I can take out my spare boots but, maybe there's a way like, for example: allow horses to be used in raid, but they take knockback/pull/push and require Cavalryman id to be used.
And why do the entire corrupted Sand-swept tomb and corrupted Ice barrows ban horses? Is it because of technical issues not allowing banning horses in just the "RUN!" sections? (btw please remove the invisible barrier blocks in Ice Barrows room 5)

Another thing I'd like to talk about is the -70% damage. One of the comment in this post:
    https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/when-and-why-were-the-galloping-spurs-nerfed.265033/
mentioned said that it is "-70% Spell Damage and -70% Melee Damage(I assume he means that they stack additively with %damage stats) which doesn't affect raw damages".
As of this version, it is not true.

I have tested Cavalryman's effect with an Overdrive that has +1112% Spell Damage and +1024 raw Spell Damage . Attacking on a horse still significantly reduces the damage, which means that Cavalryman does affect raw damages and stacks multiplicatively with %Damage stats (since if it stacked additively or didn't affect raw damages, the damage reduction would be negated by the Overdrive's high stats). I am not sure if the damage reduction stacks additively or multiplicatively with strength/dexterity though.
This is disappointing, I planned an overdrive galloping build just to realize it doesn't work.

Horses in lootruns could break some parts of it, which is part of the reason why they were removed.

the -70% damage listed by calvaryman isn't an ID, it means you deal 70% less damage straight up. poison isn't affected though so you can always try a poison lootrun build :^D

Yes, but that comment in the post said it works like -%damage id, which is false.

I already have a poison horse build.
Since poison items have low/no/negative walkspeed and mana regen(e.g. alkahest and caterpillar), lootrunning with poison build is just bad.

From what I understand, literally the only reason was why horses are disabled in lootruns is solely because the player can ride off with it during the initial countdown when you start a lootrun

A countdown, which I should mention, literally SERVES NO FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE

WHY NOT JUST REMOVE THE COOLDOWN OR DISABLE HORSES WITHIN THE CAMP REGION

The link you are referring to for the damage calculation for Galloping Spurs is heavily outdated. It is a -70% damage multiplier (or x0.3).
