Mage/Dark Wizard Help Lvl 70 Scroll of Nythiar arcanist build?

About a week or so ago, I asked for a level 50 arcanist build on the forums. I've been using the one I was sent since then and it's now finally starting to underperform now that I'm nearing the dark forest portion of the game. I just found a Scroll of Nythiar as a random drop and it seems like a really good wand, so I was wondering if it's as good as it seems or if there's a better option for level 70-90 range, since I don't want to make a new build until my final endgame build. Could someone please suggest a build for either this wand or a better wand if one exists? I could potentially wait until lvl 75 or maybe 80 at a push if there's a better item at that level.

since you don't want to make a build in line with progression

 

was kinda hoping to avoid morph but beggars can't be choosers, plus it's easy to get. just gotta do temple of legends on a lvl 50 build

scratch that, didn't realise purified helmet didn't have a quest requirement - i'll just use the one i got on my 105 character

 

morph is just too simple of an option to not have it mentioned
at least the wand will last for a while
