Mage/Dark Wizard Lvl 105 Mage Build (help I have no idea what I'm doing)

Hey, I haven't been on Wynncraft in a couple of years and my build is incredibly outdated. My budget is somewhat limited but I'm looking for a build that utilizes the Quetzalcoatl build, the ornate shadow cowl (but that's optional), and Pandamonium (also optional but it looks like a fun item). I have no idea what archetype best fits with Quetzalcoatl but lightbender looks fun again I have no idea what I'm doing.
