Shaman/Skyseer level 79 ritualist help

Hi im pretty new to mmorpgs and i tried to make a build that focuses on my mythic i recently got (Aftershock), i tried to make it squeeze out as much damage from the main attack as i can, but as a result i feel like i take too much damage with this build (espacially in the forge), would appreciate if someone could help me improve it while still keeping aftershock as the main weapon, dont care what changes you make as long as its just better (also aslong as i dont have to buy a mythic or craft anything). also i dont mind if the build is a couple of levels higher (until like 85). and thank you to whoever helps
