What bow and dying

i still dont get how this works with dying and losing items. This game has rng drops right? Or like endgame expensive rare stuff. And you can just loose it anytime? No protection?

and second question is i got a few bows, which one should i use:
Galaxy piercer (avg dps22)
Breeze (avg dps 29)
Phrygian (avg dps 41)
Stale (avg dps 47)

i have the feeling i hit most dmg with phrygian but its dmg should actually be lower?

 

ok someone answered your question on other thread but the answer is. THE PROTECTION IS THINKING. Do NOT go into dangerous situations without more than 6 soul points. That is the protection. At any point you can see your soul points and what items you stand to lose. If you choose to gi into a dangerous situation on low points, that is your decision and you have yourself to blame when losing crazy rng drop. (That said I am pretty sure mythics (the best items) dont drop anyway sooo...) Please dont take this as insulting, I am trying to clear this up for you after you have asked a few times. On bows idk, maybe phrygian has higher spell damage or whatever? use whatever works best for you.

Ok then think of it like the piggy bank talisman, and your items are coins. The Mythics (super rare endgame items like idk Hyperion or Terminator), and horses, and some other valuable stuff do not drop no matter what, but depending on how many times you die, different items drop. The first few times you die with the piggy bank iirc, you are fine. But if you choose not to repair it, and you go into a dangerous situation, you might lose a lot.

Imagine if the piggy bank said "hey the first few times you die, whatever, but if you die a certain amount of times, you start losing your mob drops and mining drops and common items. If you do not repair me and die again, you might lose some better stuff, like unenchanted Uncommons or coins/emeralds. Once you drop below a certain point, (in Wynncraft 6 soul points), and you die you may even lose some good items that you use. And once you get very low (2 soul points) you drop epics and maybe even Legendaries."

Its exactly the same except soul points are "repaired" by waiting for sunrise, and you can also get them by other means in some cases. Its a flawed system, but we all have to deal with it.
