This is going to be a boss altar, located in the Void. It is around level 97-100, and has you fight the Fallen Colossus Sword.

When the Sky Islands fractured, this giant sword was one of the things that fell into the void. It hit the void island with such force that it scarred the area around it. the Consumed Servants that fell along with the sword still go to extreme lengths to try to bring the sword back to the Sky Islands.

#1: Fallen Colossus Sword [Lv. 120]

(A giant Nordic Dagger weapon skin)

I was able to make this using a giant zombie entity holding the Nordic Dagger skin. I then made the zombie invisible.
