Consistent Disconnects

For the past couple months I've been getting some version of these dc messages at random times. I can connect to the server fine. This has made things like raids, wars, and anything involving consumables a nightmare to deal with.

Not 100% sure if this is related but I sometimes get a "soft" disconnect where I can't interact with anything but I still see things in real time. This usually follows with me clipping through the floor which can end lootruns due to being out of bounds

Any help would be appreciated!

in the past 24h, only 10 or so kicks happened with this type of error message, so it's a bit of a rare occurrence it seems. what version do you play in? and what mods do you use?

Thanks for the reply. I've gotten these errors while using wynntils + optifine on 1.19.4, vanilla 1.12.2, vanilla 1.19.4, and vanilla 1.20.2
