Archer/Hunter Help Seeking Feedback for first build

Hi, I've just made my first build and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to offer any suggestions on how to improve the build itself and its ability tree. I would prefer no mythics (expect for crusade sabatons since its the only mythic I own). I would greatly appreciate anyone's advice as I'm quite inexperienced in class building.

the build has some problems
low damage, low mana sustain(if meant for spell), random item/tree selection
it looks like some kind of melee build but unoptimized
