   I know mixing tank and spellspam isn't ideal for a Level 60 build, but I need help. If I got 62 Intelligence, does it mean I have lower spell costs and a higher mana capacity? Is it a good idea for mixing fallen and battle monk in a level 60 build? I wanted to experience fallen-monk builds
