Archer/Hunter Help Is this Stratiformis build any good?

Hey, Forum! I made this build and am wondering if its decent. I want this out of it:
- Walkspeed
- (Spell)Damage
- Mana regen
- Health, HPR
- Defence/EHP
- Lightweight Major Id

I guess this could work
Old build had way too high costs for its MR
Also changed the tree for an actual sharpshooter tree if that's what you wanted
