Bank inventory wiped after long time away

I've been playing for a few years now, but took a couple months break for school and work. I went to log back in today, and my bank inventory was completely wiped? I have a lvl 71 archer and a few other profiles that had at least 10 or 11 pages of bank inventory, nearly all filled, and it's all gone now. I still had my player inventory, though. Was there an update that might have done this? I noticed a couple new things, but it doesn't make sense to me how this could have happened. Is there a way to get those items back? I had sets of armor, tons of weapons, special event items and quest items from years of playing. This would really turn me away from continuing to play if I have to try to get everything back...
Edit: Forgot to mention I've bought ranks in the past. That info is still here, but not sure if it's important to the issue...

 

It's not wiped. Banks are now divided into character specific banks that are exclusive to each class (which you are viewing) and a global bank across all classes (the one with your items). Just swap to the other bank
