Stuck on 28/30 potions all the time, is this a bug?

My account was converted from an older update and I spawned with 2 glass bottles in my inventory. I don't know if this information is useful.

 

I'm guess you last played before potions were condensed. Health potions now stack up up to 30 charges, which saves inventory space. The downside is you can only carry that many potions at one time. You can click it in your inventory to "open" it and select a given option to remove, if you have a partially filled or underleveled one and want to make space for another.

 

try just throwing out the potions, then buy new ones from potion merchant. Keep those glass bottles, bugged items are cool

 

You can only buy 3 charges at a time. So if you have 28, you cant buy anymore coz there is less than a difference of 3 charges between 28 and 30.
