Can't connect to Wynncraft IP

I've been trying to connect to the play.wynncraft.com IP with no results. The only error I get is timed out, see attached image.
I've tried the next things to fix it:

General:
Restart Minecraft
Restart PC
Restart Router
Direct Connect via minecraft serverlist

Command Line:
Ping Play.wynncraft.com (timed out)
Ping Google.com (works like normal)
Tracert Play.wynncraft.com (I connect to my router and after it times out)
Ping play.wynncraft.com from a diffirent device (timed out)

I can connect to any other server like normal. So my assumptions are that I am on a DNS blacklist. Any tech admins that could check my situation? I can send my DNS IP via DM or Discord or suchs as I don't want it here on the forums. Any more information can be provided if needed.

 

I dont condone using vpns to connect to the wynncraft server, but you could try a vpn once just to rule out the blacklist thing that you said and if it doesnt work then its a seperate problem with your pc entirely. Also wynncraft is down rn so try tomorrow.

 

I'll try the VPN trick after the update, also this problem accured before the servers went down for the update. But my problem is that after pinging wynncraft from a seperate device that I still can't connect, so it isn't a problem with my pc. And all other servers work fine, so it isn't a minecraft problem. And I can connect to any other IP online, so it isn't my router / connection. I'm not banned on wynncraft. So it must be that my IP / DNS was banned by the server.

Edit: Also my friend who lives next door. Who has the same provider as I do has no problem connecting, we most likely take the same IP route to the wynncraft servers. So it must be a DNS ban or something similar.

 

Well I tried logging in again today and somehow someway I can get on the server again. I changed nothing and it fixed itself. Ill lock the thread if I can find out how.
