Sadly without their major IDs. Although we already know the Major ID of Keeper of Souls (Soul Eater) as it has been in game already but it is now tradeable. As for other fableds that can be found in the beta right now:

Propeller Hat and Pain Cycle are not in any lootrun chests yet so we don't know what their major IDs are (if any).

Pain Cycle probably has the Gruesome Knots Major ID mentioned in the changelog. It’s on some new lootrun camp item, and it wouldn't make much sense for Propeller Hat.

yea the major id for propeller hat is hidden due to a bug. it lets you have creative flight
